Fresh on the scene, brand new pop punk duo We The Revelry<\/strong> are making their debut with self reflective single “(I Wanna Be) Myself In Someone Else’s Life<\/strong>“! The catchy AF track drops this Friday on all digital stores and platforms and will be available at http:\/\/ffm.to\/WTR_iwannabe<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The band are revealing themselves to the world today with their debut track. The band describes their new brand of pop punk in terms of this tasty recipe –  “1 tsp of Paramore<\/strong>, 2 cups of Stand Atlantic<\/strong>, knead vigorously into an equal mixture of Taking Back Sunday<\/strong> and Blink 182<\/strong> and then bake at an intensity of a Gordon Ramsay<\/strong> roasting. <\/em>Serve hot or cold with sourdough.<\/em>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Written by songwriters Samantha Stobbart<\/strong> and Brendan Horn<\/strong>, mixed by Dave Petrovic<\/strong> (Tonight Alive<\/strong>, Dream On Dreamer<\/strong>, Hands Like Houses<\/strong>) and mastered by Don Bartley<\/strong> at Benchmark Mastering<\/strong> (Andrew Farriss<\/strong>, Busby Marou<\/strong>), the brand new single takes a self reflective theme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vocalist Samantha Stobbart explains that: “(I Wanna Be) Myself In Someone Else’s Life is about looking at who you are and what you do day to day. Are you who you want to be? Are you doing what you want to do, or <\/em>what <\/em>others expect of you? Are you letting other people’s expectations change your goals and dreams?”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
