These Four Walls NEW ALBUM!

For These Four Walls fans, the wait is almost over, with the band’s third studio album “This Is Not A Future” now slated for release Friday April 24th 2020! Their new single, “CHAOS”, was one of the last to be written and recorded for the album – and showcases a clear progression in the band’s songwriting style since they last released an album almost 8 years ago.

We got a hold of the Album before it drops to give it a bit of a sneaky review… Holy S&%t… Hooks for days… Choruses and Riff’s that will drill deep down into the gooey bit of the brain that tortures you day to day with s$&t commercial music and kicks it’s arse… This album is a f&%king Journey through your entire existence teaching you a simple lesson… Karma will f$%k you up so don’t treat people like shit!

Starting off with an eery intro, keys, sound design, verbs, sounds then smacks you with the Chaos! Literally gives me the feels of the first time I heard Dream Theater’s “Scenes From A Memory” with the track order that slides into your life, takes you on a trip and leaves you wanting more of whatever the hell you just ingested!

Produced by Luke Palmer (Dead Letter Circus) and veteren producer/engineer, Matt Bartlem (also helmed “Living to Write the End”), this album’s production is off its tits! HUGE sound, great sound design, crystal clear yet HUGE dirty sound!

My personal pick… Before I’m Gone…

Something about the acoustic guitars double tracked on two wide mic’s with clean vocals dead centre before the hooks infuse the design that makes me melt. This track builds with it’s design and grows into something huge, grit’s up and sprays a solid message… “Better than I was before”. This one is an absolute banger!

These boys dropped a crowd funding campaign last year and gained what they needed to produce this monster in just 5 days! These fan’s are about to have their minds blown! Bring a towel!

This is not an album you buy and just listen to one or two faves on your way to work… You grab a glass of scotch, smash on the hendrix cord Sennheiser’s, start at Track 1 and DO NOT SKIP… Then… You throw the F&$k down in your lounge room ignoring all housemates… You need to savour this one!
