Feeling the Pinch
Written by Atomic Newsroom on 9 April 2020
Hey you, how ya doing? Hope you’re staying the f**k at home and all that jazz.
With all this crazy stuff going on we know artists are doing it tough, which is why we pledged $20,000 to Australian artists though through our Covid 19 $20,000 Pledge. (To see what I’m talking about check out this link https://mag.atomicmusic.space/?p=7438 )
But they aren’t the only ones who’ve lost work and income. Our industry photographers have also felt the pinch of these unprecedented times. With that in mind, Harrison Slattery and Jimmy Shoemark a pair of Live Music photographers from our home town, who we have previously worked with us and contributed heavily with the Atomic Magazine with photos and content have launched their own website filled with live gig shoots which are now available to purchase.
When Quizzed on the Idea for the website, Harrison had this to say.
“We were both inspired by several photographers we both follow (and idolise) who started their own print stores! We though, what better way to share our work with people than selling prints”

“Hi Ya’ll,
Super excited to annouce that Jimmy from James Shoemark Photography & myself have teamed up to sell some of our live music prints through an online store! We have both shot live music side by side in the local area for nearly 4 years, so it only makes sense we team up to sell some awesome prints together! We have a collection of live music prints of national acts like Vera Blue , Ziggy Alberts, Hands Like Houses, Northlane & Ball Park Music to name a few. We are also selling prints of the local acts we have worked with in the past years, like ELK, Snug Pugs, Catnip Kaiser & The Northern Folk!
